Jaeger Equities Unveils New Penthouse
Jaeger Equities, Ltd., a luxury residential developer, is launching their newest endeavor, The Penthouse Collection at Grand Plaza. This new phase of the building comes on the heels of a successful sell out of the lower floors and has reenergized the building as it prepares for their final sell out.
"We really wanted to establish that these are new and different homes," said Ginny Kronsted, project director of The Penthouse Collection at Grand Plaza. "We want people to know that this is true upscale luxury living right in the middle of everything that Chicago has to offer."
The Penthouse Collection will celebrate its unveiling with a realtor open house on March 13th. They range in size from 818 square feet to 2,566 square feet and almost all the floorplans are unique. Attending realtors will be registered for prizes and have the opportunity to receive a bonus commissions on any units sold after the open house.
"We have two-story duplex penthouses with three bedrooms down to one story, one bedroom plans and all of them are slightly different," said Kronsted.
